Welcome to the "Diets" page. We have decided to share a few of the diets that we have had great success with in case you would like to try one of them for yourself. These diets will work for anyone in the range of 160-190 pounds. The supplements that go with these diets are Beverly International ONLY! If you are a cheapskate and try to substitute cheaper grade supplements in place of Beverly (Met-Rx, EAS, Muscle-Tech, Labrada, or any other brand,) the diets will not work as well. Trust us on this. Diet #1- Extreme Fat Loss:
Meal 1-
5 oz lean beef or turkey
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
Meal #2-
Protein Shake:
2 scoops of Vanilla Muscle Provider
2 tbs of heavy whipping cream
4 frozen strawberries
12 oz water
OR
6 oz tuna or 5 oz chicken
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
1 tomato
Meal #3-
8 oz of chicken
4 cups of salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers etc.)
2 tbs apple cidar vinegar and 1 tbs sunflower oil for a dressing
Meal #4-
Same as meal #2
Meal #5-
8 oz of lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish, or lean beef)
2 cups of green veggies (spinach, green beans, asparagus etc.)
On Monday and Thursday ONLY, have the following as a 6th meal-
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal or rice,
1 sweet potato
1 banana
1 cup of green veggies
1 tbs of healthy oil (sunflower, safflower, olive etc.)
Supplements to go with this diet:
Super Pak- 1 with first meal of the day
Ultra 40- 6 with each meal
Mass or Muscularity- 4 with each meal
Lean Out- 2 with each meal
Energy Reserve- 3 twenty minutes before meals three times a day
Bev ZMA- 3 before you go to sleep at night
Advanced Antioxidant- 2 after workouts
Muscle Mass- 20-30 taken during your workouts
*Do not take any supplements with your 6th meal
Diet #2- Lean Muscle Gain:
Meal 1-
1 whole egg + 5 egg whites
5 oz lean beef or 1 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oatmeal
Meals 2, 4, & 6-
Protein Shake:
2 scoops of Ultra Size
1 scoop of Ultimate Muscle
6 tbs of heavy whipping cream
18 oz water
Meal 3-
8 oz chicken or turkey
6 oz sweet potato or 1 cup of cooked rice
1 cup of green veggies or small salad
Meal 5-
8-12 oz of sirloin steak or chicken or turkey
2 cups of green veggies
Supplements to go with this diet-
Super Pak- 1 with first meal of the day
Ultra 40- 4 with each meal
Mass- 4 with each meal
Muscle Synergy- 8 tablets twice daily
Glutamine Select- 2 scoops mixed in a water bottle and drink during your workouts
Diet #3- Lean Muscle Gain:
Meal 1-
12 egg whites
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
Meals 2, 4, & 6-
Protein Shake:
3 scoops of Mass Maker

Meal 3-
5 oz chicken, turkey, or lean beef
10 oz potato
1 cup of veggies
Meal 5-
Same as meals 1 or 3

Muscle Synergy- 16-32 tablets taken at three to four different times a day
Creatine Select- loading phase for one week, then 1-2 scoops a day
